Most participants are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid benefits.  If participants are eligible for both  Medicare and Medicaid benefits, there is usually no cost for CentraCare services.

PACE lock-in feature:  As a CentraCare participant, all health care services are provided and arranged by your personal care team.  PACE participants may be fully liable for the costs of medical services from an out-of-network provider or without prior authorization with the exception of emergency services.
