Your care will be provided by an interdisciplinary team of medical and social professionals.  Your current doctor is probably not a member of the Centracare interdisciplinary team.  CentraCare is a holistic program, providing a variety of services, including, but not limited to, doctor’s services. You are moving to a different, more comprehensive level of care, which is beyond what any one doctor can provide.
